SAINT provides transportation in Fort Collins and Loveland, Colorado. We are not able to provide transportation between the cities or to outlying areas.

    Scheduling

    • All rides are scheduled over the phone
    • First-come, first-served basis
    • Rides may be scheduled for any purpose – such as medical (except post-anesthesia), shopping, recreation, education, work, volunteering, social
    • Minimum of 3 business days advance notice to schedule rides; rides may be scheduled up to two months in advance
    • Schedulers available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 12 pm
  • Seniors Resource Center provides free transportation services to older adults (60+) to medical and dental appointments, grocery, and personal trips. Rides must be scheduled in advance over the phone.

  • Silver Key Reserve & Ride Transportation Services
    Silver Key’s transportation service provides door-through-door ADA accessible transportation for medical appointments, shopping, group meals, social activities, recreation trips, and more.

    Transportation accommodates wheelchairs, walkers, those needing a lift device, oxygen, and other special needs. Veterans support veterans by providing rides to VA medical facilities.

    Service Times: Silver Key provides transportation services from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday. Ride requests can be made up to 14 days in advance for all trip purposes.

    Cost: Suggested Donation Per Ride: $5.00. No one will be denied services based on ability to give.

  • Via is a nonprofit organization offering accessible transportation (Via Paratransit) and mobility options information and referral services. Via also provides a wide range of community and group educational resources related to transportation for older adults, people with disabilities, and others living with mobility limitations.

    Information and referral services, in English or Spanish, are available by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    Call a mobility specialist at 303-444-3043 to help by:

    • Conducting a short assessment of individual mobility and travel needs
    • Preparing individual travel plans
    • Helping you register as a Via Paratransit rider and schedule a ride
    • Providing guidance for aging individuals and their families faced with the life-altering decision of giving up the car keys
    • Following up to ensure plans are enhancing mobility and independence

    Scheduling a Ride:

    • Request rides by phone or online.
    • The online Self-Service Portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • Trips should be reserved 1-7 days before the ride is needed.
    • Same-day rides may be available.
    • You will know immediately whether your ride request can be fulfilled.

    Regular Fare Amount:

    • In-town Fare: $6 each way (a round-trip is $12)
    • Town-to-town Fare: $12 each way (a round-trip is $24)
      Pay cash day of or buy fare books online for a 10% discount.

    Financial Assistance
    Via may have funding available to cover the cost of your fare, depending on certain eligibility factors like age or income status. To confirm your fare amount or if you qualify for a reduced fare, please call us.

  • Volunteers of America's Gilpin/Clear Creek Transportation Program provides transportation and meal services for residents of Gilpin and Clear Creek Counties who are 60 years of age and older.

    SERVICES INCLUDE

    • Transportation to and from medical and dental offices and clinics, including individual appointments
    • Grocery shopping trips to and from local food stores
    • Transportation to and from the post office, nursing homes, polling places, funeral services, volunteering locations, etc.
    • Trips to and from Congregate Dining Centers
    • Transportation to and from medical and dental appointments that exceed ten miles one-way and cross a county boundary

    GILPIN COUNTY SERVICES
    Congregate Nutrition Services for the elderly Volunteers of America also provides meals at the Gilpin County Community Center on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
    Meals on Wheels is available to eligible older adults who are homebound throughout the county.
    Eligible Gilpin County residents may call 303-582-5444 for questions and to arrange for needed services.

    CLEAR CREEK COUNTY SERVICES
    Congregate Nutrition Services is provided for the elderly in Clear Creek at the Project Support Senior Center Monday through Friday and at the Georgetown Community Center on Wednesdays.
    Meals on Wheels is available to eligible older adults who are homebound throughout the county.
    Eligible Clear Creek County residents may call 303-567-2382 for questions and to arrange for needed services.
