Dr. Johnson attended the American Academy of Ophthalmology Mid-Year Forum in Washington, DC, from April 17-21, 2018. The Forum features a day of advocacy, with the opportunity to meet with Colorado’s U.S. Senators (Bennet/Gardner) and Representatives (DeGette). This year the focus was on regulatory relief and more efficient use of EHR to meet quality measures. Dr. Johnson is pictured with AAO Board Member Sanjay Goel, MD, and Alabama State Society President Wonsuck Kim, DO. All three doctors were classmates in the AAO Leadership Development Program, Class of 2003.
